Before the move, we bring 20 clean totes and 2 rolling dollies. Your client or their movers handle packing, loading and transportation.
They unpack. We collect.
On the agreed pickup day, we collect the empty totes and dollies from the new home. The standard rental lasts 14 days.

What you and your client need to know.
What does the $179 cover?
It covers one client’s 14-day rental of 20 totes and 2 dollies, plus delivery and pickup within the service area. The totes and dollies remain ours, and we collect them empty after the move. There is no subscription.
Will 20 totes hold a whole household?
Not usually all at once. On a local move, your client can unload and reuse the same totes for another trip during the 14-day rental. That can reduce the number of cardboard boxes they need. Large, fragile or odd-shaped items still need the right boxes or protection.
Why use totes instead of cardboard boxes?
The totes have handles, attached lids and flat stacking surfaces. They close without packing tape, and the dollies help roll them across suitable flat surfaces. We clean the totes between rentals and collect them after the move.
Which moves can you cover?
We cover moves within St. Johns County, within Duval County and between the two. We deliver to the first home and collect from the new home.
Do you pack or move their belongings?
No. We deliver empty totes and collect them empty. Your client or their moving company handles packing, loading, transportation and unpacking.
What if the dates change?
Tell us as soon as you can. We’ll check the schedule and confirm any change with you. One extra week costs $40, subject to availability.
