Who pays for the totes?+
The agent pays for the rental as a gift for their client. We confirm availability, the price and the rental terms before taking payment.
Is this a subscription?+
No. The package is $179 for one local move. Try it once, and use us again whenever you have another client who needs it.
Where do you deliver and pick up?+
We serve Ponte Vedra and Nocatee, Florida. Delivery and pickup must both be within our service area. Send us the two locations and we’ll check them before you book.
Do you pack or move my client’s things?+
We deliver empty totes and pick them up after the move. Your client or their moving company handles packing, transporting and unpacking their belongings.
How big are the totes?+
About 27 inches long, 17 inches wide and 12 inches high on the outside. They have attached lids and nest together when empty. Twenty totes can help with packing, but may not hold everything in a larger home.
What if the move takes longer?+
An extra week costs $40, subject to availability. Let us know before the pickup date so we can check the schedule.
Can the totes have my name on them?+
The launch package uses plain totes. We’ll make sure your client knows the gift is from you. Custom branding and local offers are things we may add later.
